- When and how will beneficiaries receive their debit card and PIN
You will be able to collect your debit card when the bank has successfully opened an account for you. Depending on your unit, you can collect it either at your public bank or directly at your workplace. Detailed information will be shared with you shortly after you have completed the KYC.
- What should beneficiaries do if they haven't received their card or PIN within the specified timeframe?
We diligently follow-up on all card and PIN delivery. However, if there is any doubt please contact the Care Team again and we will solve it
- How can beneficiaries change their PIN or request a new one if they forget it?
You can change your PIN or request a new one by contacting your bank
