Opening a bank account is free. There are only two types of costs that you will experience to have the account:

Costs to maintain the account: KRG employees can save on indirect costs like checkbooks and transportation to public banks, incurring only a single monthly bank fee of IQD 2K for the account maintenance

Cost of financial products that you may use in the future: for example, the cost of having a loan, or a mortgage

• Will there be any deductions in the Beneficiaries' salaries?
